A few things worth knowing.

Does Free give me the real product?

Yes. Free includes the same core creation tools, models, connections, publishing, inbox and automations as the paid plans. You can create and download useful work with your starter credits, then buy more credits when you want to keep going.

Why choose Pro or Business?

Pro gives you a fresh credit allowance every month and lower standard usage rates than Free. Business gives you the same paid usage rates, a larger shared credit allowance and unlimited workspaces for your brands, clients or locations.

How do credits work?

Different kinds of work use different amounts of credits. Monthly plan credits refresh each month and expire at the end of their period. Purchased credits do not expire. Buy more when you need them, or choose optional auto-recharge.

What happens when I add a credit card?

An eligible account receives the one-time bonus shown in the Free plan. Saving a card does not start a paid subscription or turn on automatic recharge. You choose whether to buy credits or upgrade.

Do I need Grow to use automations?

No. Goosy’s native inbox and marketing automations come with every core plan. Grow adds CRM, email and SMS marketing, sales pipelines, booking and customer follow-up.
